Chef Brad hails from South Africa and is sure to elevate your culinary skills, especially with his diverse background training.  Guests will learn how to prepare family-style cuisine with a diverse range of dishes from around the world including;  fresh breads, appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts.  Chef Brad's cooking classes are taught midmorning after the dive and throughout the day.  


The intimate setting of the BVI Aggressor yacht allows for personalized attention, ensuring that you refine your skills along the way. Whether you're a novice in the kitchen or a seasoned home cook looking to expand your repertoire, Chef Brad's classes cater to all levels of expertise.



What to Expect: 

In the galley you’ll work together as a team to create lovely meals as Chef Brad will guide you.


Sunday: Learn your way around.

Homemade Bread, Roasted Cauliflower Soup, Shortbread Biscuits


Monday: From sweet and sticky to spicey and savory.

Caramel Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Butter Chicken Curry with Naan, Savory Cheese and Bacon Muffin


Tuesday: Double it up and go crazy with more than one.

Homemade Cinnemon Rolls, Variety of Tacos, Savory Quiche


Wednesday: Indulge in sweet delight.

Chocolate Lava Cake, Sweet Corn Fritters, Homemade Churros


Thursday: Dive in with all the lovely expectations.

Orange Zest Chocolate Cake, Beef Lasagna Family Style, Mexican Quesadilla


Friday: Create Your Own View of Food.

Create Your Burger, Carrot Cake


Notes:  Class are from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Guests will be given recipies at the end of the week.
  • You will be standing, cooking, baking, and working for most of the class.
  • Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

About Chef Brad

Chef Bradley Botha, originally from from South Africa,  serves as the Chef on the BVI Aggressor. 


He discovered his culinary passion at the age of  7 where he helped his grandmother make and sell her baked cakes and treats. He pursued his lifelong dream by graduating from the prestigious Silwood School of Cookery in South Africa, renowned globally for its culinary excellence.  


His professional endeavors have taken him to esteemed dining establishments including Food Barn, Dish Catering, Woolworths Taste Magazine, and Myoga, where he refined his craft and gained invaluable experience.  With a steadfast commitment to culinary innovation and excellence, Chef Brad continues to inspire and delight palates worldwide. His passion for food is not just evident in his dishes but also in the way he interacts with guests.
