Aggressor Employment Advantages
Our application process is designed to be a one-stop-shop. If you are interested in working in more than one destination, you only need to apply once in our system.
Prior to submitting your application, please be sure that you have read all our information pages and that you have reviewed the requirements and preferences for each position.
Potential staff need to understand that all Aggressor yachts, river cruises, signature lodges, and floating resorts are individually owned and operated. If you receive an employment offer, it will come from the yacht, river cruise or lodge’s operating company. Staff hired to work on a yacht, cruise or at a lodge are not Aggressor Adventures, LLC employees. If a property or yacht is hiring, your details will be forwarded to them. Assuming a position is available, they will contact you directly, and you may be invited for a trial week.
We created this application system so that we can go back and review earlier applications when a position becomes available. Within the application, you are asked for a time frame of when you would be available for employment.
If you are considering a career, it is a wise move to get your affairs and belongings in order, so that you can be fluid and be able to respond to any opportunity presented.
