    Scott Arni

    Captain/Operations Manager

    Scott was born in Pennsylvania and started diving when he was 15 years old while in the Boy Scouts.  Later he became a Captain and dive instructor while working at the Florida High Adventure Sea Base which is a High Adventure operation run by the Boy Scouts of America.  Scott has been working on Liveaboard dive vessels for the last 22 years.  Scott has worked on the Cayman Aggressor, Okeanos Aggressor, Belize Aggressor, Bay Islands Aggressor, Fiji Aggressor, Kona Aggressor, Turks & Caicos Aggressor, and currently on the Palau Aggressor II.

    Ike Mingoa

    Captain/Dive Master/Video Pro

    Ike was born in the Philippines and came to Palau in 1986. He started working on the water as a skiff driver for Neco Marine and was the personal skiff driver for the President of Palau for 2 years. In 1994 the Palau Aggressor came to town and he has been working with Aggressor Liveaboards ever since, Ike is our longest working crew member and moved up the ranks to captain of the Rock Islands Aggressor in 2010.     Jim Mingoa

    Captain/Dive Master/Video Pro

    His given name is Iemar but everyone just calls him Jim. Jim was born and raised in the Philippines and after he graduated from high school he moved to Manila to go to a maritime college. Jim received a Bachelors of Science in Marine Transportation and obtained his captain’s license. Every summer break while attending college, he traveled to Palau to be with his family as his dad Ike was working for the Palau Aggressor II. During that time he started diving at the age of 18. After graduating college in 2005 he moved to Palau to be with his family full time and started working for Neco Marine as a skiff driver and dive master. He started working on the Rock Islands Aggressor when the boat came to Palau in 2010 from Fiji and in 2018 he was promoted to captain of the Palau Aggressor II.     Randy Wright

    Captain/Assist. Operations Manager

    My name is Randy Wright.  I grew up in Arkansas.   I started working on the Cayman Aggressor in 2001.  Then moved to the Okeanos Aggressor for a few years.  I was Captain of the Tahiti Aggressor for a few years when we had the boat in the Tuamotos.  Then went into Private Yachts for a while mostly in the Caribbean.  After that I worked for Live Dive Pacific Moving back and forth from Kona to Palau multiple times.  I also spent 4 years working in the Philippines.

    Feliciano M. Flores

    Engineer/Divemaster

    His given name is Feliciano M. Flores Jr. but everyone just calls him June. He was born and raised in the Philippines and started working on boats in the Kapel-Subic dry docks/ship yard. June moved to Palau in 2004 and opened his own small repair shop. June worked off and on for the Palau Aggressor II when they needed him but eventually started working full time on the Palau Aggressor II and Rock Islands Aggressor in 2015.     Jay Naguit

    Divemaster/Engineer

    Jay was born in the Philippines and has lived in Palau since 2005. His first job on island was as hotel maintenance man for 5 years. Then he started working for the Palau government as a maintenance man as well. In 2012 he started working for Aggressor Liveaboards on the Rock Islands Aggressor and got open water certified and moved up the ranks to dive master.     Star Abraham

    Instructor/Cruise Director

    Star is Palauan but was born in Guam and moved to back to his home islands of Palau in 1994. He graduated high school here in Palau and went to the local college for 2yrs. After college Star worked as a hotel front desk receptionist for 3yrs and started diving in late 2004. In 2011 he started working for a liveaboard in Palau as the skiff driver and dive master. He became a PADI Instructor in 2015 and enjoys diving all around his beautiful country. In February 2018 he joined Aggressor Liveaboards working on the Rock Islands Aggressor and Palau Aggressor II and is now is one of the cruise directors.     Daniel Paulo IV

    Dive Instructor/Cruise Director

    Daniel came to Palau in August 1997 and worked as a steward at one of the first Chinese fine dining restaraunt on the island. He began in 2000 and became an Open Water Scuba Instructor in 2011. Daniel held the position of Instructor/Supervisor at one of the land based dive shop for 18 years.     Hello, My name is Edison A. Allejos Jr., 33years old. I work as a quality assurance for 3 years in Electronics company at Sanyo Denki Philippines. I moved to Palau and work as aircon technician and electrician for 8years doing repair, installation and troubleshooting electronics devices. Currently I was hired at Palau Aggressor as Engineer also a dive master doing maintenance of engine room, troubleshooting and repair, and diving. My name is Isao Benjamin Misech, better known by my Initials “IB”.  I am a 31 year old local that grew up in the waters of Palau and have also spent 10 years going to high school and living in the United States. I moved back in 2016 and became a Dive Master. I have been with the Palau Aggressor since August of 2023, before that I worked in Maldives for a year also as a Dive Master.     Ronnie Aya-ay

    Chef

    Ronnie was born and raised Pampanga, Philippines.  He started his career working as a chef on cruise ships in 1999.  In 2002 Ronnie moved to Turks & Caicos where he worked as a Chef in a couple different resorts. Then in 2007 he left the resorts and started working for the Turks & Caicos Aggressor.  Ronnie worked for 6 years onboard the Turks & Caicos Aggressor as the head chef before heading back home to the Philippines in 2013 to run his own catering business for two years. In 2015 he decided to come to Palau to work on the Palau Aggressor II as head chef and has been here ever since.
