Cruise and Depature Tax

The Fijian Government charges a Prepared Food Tax which is 5% and a Hotel Tax which is 12.5%. These total $150 for 2009 per person. There is a $15 park fee towards protecting Kubulau’s Namena Barrier Reef and a 17.5 VAT tax for onboard purchases. These can all be be paid by cash, VISA, MC or American Express.

Throughout the week aboard the Fiji Aggressor II, guests will explore the reefs, bommies and walls of Nigali Pass, Wakaya, Makogai Gau and Namenalala Islands. Exciting drift dives with mantas, turtles, sharks and giant groupers are also on the itinerary. Lush soft corals with their brilliant displays colors will dazzle photographers. Weather permitting, guests will visit a Fijian village to experience local culture for a "meke" or party. Fiji charters, which depart from Suva, are Saturday-to-Saturday with five and one-half days of diving. Lunch is served on board Saturday afternoon followed by the Captain's briefing and diving begins Sunday morning. Friday afternoon, the Fiji Aggressor II will return to Suva. Everyone will dine at a local restaurant Friday night. This is the only meal not included in the charter. Saturday morning check-out is 7:30 a.m.
