    Eddy Anderson

    1st Captain

    Eddie is a local boy having been born and raised on the island of Roatan. His family has been living in the islands for generations and island life is the norm for Capt Eddie. He starting to dive at a very young age and has explored just about every inch above and below the island of Roatan. Eddie has been a part of the Aggressor family for over 17 years. Having operated the Bay Islands Aggressor 3 & 4, Utila Aggressor, Sea Dancer, and Belize Aggressor IV.

    Known and loved by many past guests Eddie’s sense of humor, local knowledge and super friendly personality is legendary in the dive industry. We are very blessed and privileged to have Captain Eddie as our 1st Captain.

    John Bodden

    Chief Engineer

    John B is a native of Utila, his family having lived there for over 150 years. He joined the vessel upon it's completion in 2011 and has been onboard ever since. A true native, John loves sailing his home waters and knows the islands like the back of his hand. Always smiling with a quick sense of humor. He is always ready to fix a issue onboard, fill your tank or lend a hand on the dive deck.

    German Granelle

    Divemaster/2nd Engineer

    German joined the vessel as a deckhand at start up of the ROA in LeCeiba Honduras in March 2017. He worked 12 hour days getting the vessel ready for the first charter of the Roatan Aggressor

    His family are natives from the Mosikto Coast of Honduras and his home and family are still there. German has come a long way during the past 5 years,. He has learned to speak fluent English, has achieved the rating of a qualified ship engineer as well as a becoming a certified Padi DM.

    Always full of energy and  a smile on his face he’s just as  happy to be diving with you or fixing the A/C in your cabin.

    He is known as our “Octopus whisperer”  so make sure you do a least one night dive with the octopus whisperer it will be a dive you will never foget

    Kevin McLaughlin

    Divemaster/Videographer

    Kevin's anscestors were some of the original settlers of the Bay Islands and his family has lived in the Milton Bight, Santa Guardiola area on the very north eastern part of Roatan for many generations Having been brought up next to the ocean it was natural for Kevin to look to the sea to earn his living. Happliy, at an early, age he trained as a local divemaster/guide and has developed his videographer skills over the past several years.

    Willie S. Waterehouse

    Scuba Instructor

    Willie’s local family are 5th generation settlers of the islands of Utila. A family tradition of seafarers, it was known a long time ago that Willie would be spending his adult life enjoying making a living from and enjoying the ocean.

    Don't let Willies size fool you! He may be a gentle giant of a man but his eye for finding the smallest of critters is astonishing. Always ready to go “Divin” Willie makes for a great dive buddy anytime of day and knows each and every dive site like its in his back yard. Oh it is!

    Milton Alverez

    Chef de Cusine

    Milton's family is from the Honduras capital city of Tegucigalpa . Milton graduated from the cooking academy and has perfected his culinary skills in many of fine restaurants around the capitol city. Milton relocated to the beautiful Bay Islands over 8 years ago and has transitioned his style to the island style of fresh food-to-table style of cooking, He is in heaven having access to an abundance of local fresh fruits, veggies, meats and seafoods and it shows in his amazing food offerings. During the Covid lockdown, Milton worked in a specialty bakery and honned his bread making skills. Boy are you in for a treat and the addition of a few extra pounds.

    Jannel Daniels

    Assistant Chef

    Born less than a mile from our dock in French Harbor, Jannel's Mom Candy worked on the original Bay Islands Aggressors for many years. Unfortunatly for us  Miss Candy decided to retire 3 years ago however her lovely daughter Jannel stepped in to try and fill her mothers shoes. Jannel had spent several years prior as a room steward with many different cruise lines and brings a wealth of hospitality expertise to our home. Always with a smile and a tray of fresh baked goodies she's the one to get to know if you have a sweet tooth.

    Jana Waterhouse

    Steward/Chef

    Jana’s family are also long time settlers from the island of Utila. Having worked on the original Utila Aggressor, Jana is very familar with the high operating standards required by Aggressor Liveaboards. A trained chef, she previously operated her own restaurant in Utila and we feel very fortunate that Jana spends her time onboard as our steward or chef. She has a very kind caring personality and is know to be our boat Mom. Someone needs to keep us inline….

    Dafatny McLaughlin

    Steward

    Miss Dafatny McLaughlin was born and raised on the island of  Roatan, her family are long ago Scottish settlers and residents of the Bay Islands of Honduras.

    Having  worked in the hospitality industry all her adult life we are very  fortunate & happy  to have Dafatny working as our steward onboard since our  first charter in June 2017.

    Her beautiful warm smile and friendly personality is highly contagious and is loved by guests and crew alike, she has a keen eye to keeping “her boat “ impeccably clean and organized and is always ready to serve and spoil each and everyone of you with her warm greeting of:
