It was a very nice and joyful week. We had a very happy group. They were surprisingly nice and friendly.

We had an amazing sunset to start things off on our 12-hour sailing.

The weather was really nice and the ocean was calm. Water temperature was about 27 degrees in the surface but remember there are colder thermoclines. You can go down with a 3mm or a 5mm if you tend to get cold. Everybody was quick on their feet and excited to jum into the ocean.

We started with the check dive in Barco Hundido and EL Ancla, they both made our day. Turtles, Eagle Rays and lots of white tips, to give us a big welcome to our first dive.

We then continued in the following days in all the amazing dive sites around the island. Faro, Diablo, Coquitos. The visibility was very good and the conditions were nice. Big Schools of Snappers and Jack Fish all around the divers, white tip shark and rays all over the place, and a beautiful guitar fish let us take some nice and unforgettable pictures.

The highlight of the trip was in Bajo El Diablo, one group of divers at the safety stop met up with a huge group of Jacks and Snappers, the scene was just simply amazing. They were surrounded by them and there were plenty of white tips under us, around us, near us. You could feel them everywhere. We hung around for them for quite some time and the big surprise came: a majestic Whaleshark showed up to make our day. We got the opportunity to get really close for a long time, he was very friendly and kept coming back to the pinnacle as the guest took the perfect pictures and videos to remember that special moment.

Time flies when you’re having fun! The week passed in a blink of an eye with lots of good memories and laughter. Thank you very much to all our lovely guests! We hope to have you on board soon!

Happy diving,

Carlos
