Thursday March 9th

This week, we welcomed aboard visitors coming from Australia, Mexico, France and USA. We picked them up from Baltra Airport and the Itabaca Channel in the morning and headed out to a briefing and to get ready for our check dive. We saw stingrays and tropical fish.

Friday March 10th  

On Friday, we had two dives in Punta Carrion north side of Santa Cruz Island. We saw mobulas, mola molas, eagle rays, sea turtles, white tip sharks, stingrays and tropical fish.

After them, we went on a land tour in Bartolome Island where we could see a volcanic and pristine landscape from the top of the walking trail.

Saturday March 11th

We reached Cabo Marshall to dive with mantas, hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, black tip sharks, white tip sharks, eagle rays, sea turtles, stingrays and tropical fish.

Sunday March 12th

On Sunday we went to Wolf, one of the most famous islands in Galapagos. Here, we could see hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, dolphins, scorpion fish, jacks, moray eels, octopus, sea lions, sea turtles and tropical fish.

Monday March 13th  

Around Darwin and Wolf we had other interesting dive times, in which we saw whale sharks, hammerhead sharks, silky sharks, dolphins, jacks, moray eels, sea turtles, sea lions and tropical fish.

Tuesday March 14th

Going down south, at Cabo Douglas and Punta Vicente Roca, Tuesday gave us the chance to see other variety of the marine life: we could swim with marine iguanas, mola molas, bat fish, sea turtles, sea lions, salemas, octopus, stingrays and tropical fish.

Wednesday March 15th  

On Wednesday, after a night navigation going east, we could visit Cousins’ Rock. It was waiting for us with sea lions, sea turtles, eagle rays, barracudas, mobulas, moray eels, white tip sharks and tropical fish.

 

Later on, we went to visit the highlands of Santa Cruz to see the famous giant tortoises: the Galapagos were peacefully walking around the place, in the wild.

Thursday March 16th  

 

We finished our cruise with the satisfaction of a great week on board. Thanks again for joining us along the Galapagos Aggressor, we will be waiting for another visit when you wish to come back... and we hope it is very soon!
