I would say this was the trip of a lifetime, but this is my third time (in the past year) on the Belize Aggressor III and each one has been "the trip of a lifetime." The diving is always great - little to no current, good viz, sharks, eagle tags, turtles, etc. But what sets my trips on the Aggressor apart from other dive vacations in the Caribbean is the crew. They are amazing. From the moment you step on the ship they make you feel welcome, safe, and make sure all the guests are having a great time. And somehow they manage to make it all look effortless. Captain Chris runs a great ship. He's professional yet personable, and one of my favorite people to dive with. He can spot the tiniest things that I could look straight at multiple times and never see unless he points it out. His eye for macro critters is amazing. Andre and Fermin are fantastic too. They are always smiling, always willing to help with whatever may be needed, and great dive guides. And they both have a wonderful sense of humor and are all around just great to be around. Every time I get back from the Belize Aggressor I look forward to booking another trip back, and this time is no different. I'm sure you'll see me back on the boat in the not too distant future.

Captain Chris Taylor, grew up in a house right across from the Caribbean Sea and spent a lot of his childhood in the waters around different islands in Belize. That familiarity with the ocean took a natural transition to scuba diving in his teenage years, then to Scuba Instructor in his later years. Chris worked on the BELIZE AGGRESSOR III™ from 1999-2005, and joined the fleet again at the end of 2011 then earned his 200/500 ton US Coast Guard Master license. His fascination with the “not so obvious” marine life has earned him an ability to point out to photographers a lot of the smaller and camouflaged critters who blend in with their surroundings. Chris loves showing off his “backyard” to divers that visit Belize and still gets as excited on dives now as he did on his first dive.

Capt Matt Rutledge

2nd Captain Matt Rutledge
, was born in the U.K. He studied Marine Biology in Queensland, Australia, and has worked for twenty years as an diving instructor, underwater camera man, research assistant and Captain in Australia and worldwide. In addition, Matt is a qualified Diver Medic, hyperbaric chamber operator and holds U.K. Maritime Master licenses. After years onboard private super yachts, he joined the Aggressor in 2016. His favorite Belizean dive sites are Tarpon Caves and Lighthouse Wall. Matt loves sharks and the scorpionfish family. He is passionate about coral ecology and interested in the science of diving. Matt feels most at home at sea but when he is not diving he divides his time between the U.K. and Switzerland.
Fermin Carpio

Born in Peten, Guatemala, Fermin moved to Belize at the tender age of 7. He is the chief engineer and dive-master, and has been on the Belize Aggressor III for a little over a year. Fermin started diving about five years ago and particularly enjoys showing guests the sea critters on night dives. His favorite marine animal, is the toadfish.
Kenly WilliamsKenley Williams
Born in Belize City, Kenley grew up in small town in Southern Belize called Punta Gorda. At a very early age he was attracted to the ocean and would go out to sea with his family every Sunday to fish, bbq, swim, and enjoy the ocean breeze.
In 2009 he started diving as a Marine Park Ranger for research and enforcement purposes and that is where he found his passion for the underwater world. Since then, he has spent most of his time diving with research institutions in Belize, working as a DM in tourism out of Placencia, Lighthouse Reef, and Turneffe. In November of 2014, he got his Instructor rating in San Pedro and joined the Aggressor Fleet in December.
Daniel Queme
Born in Belize City and grew up in the small village of Sand Hill.  He was introduced to the ocean at age 10 after going fishing on Sundays with his uncle.  He has since been fascinated with the underwater world and this is what inspired him to become a SCUBA instructor in 2005.  Daniel has a love and passion for teaching and guiding guests through his office "Caribbean Sea"; which lead him to work at two local resorts before starting with the BELIZE AGGRESSOR III™ in December 2015.  After all these years of diving, Daniel still gets excited finding and showing guests macro as well as larger creatures while ensuring guests have fun, relax, and most importantly, have a safe underwater experience.  Daniel loves meeting new people, talking, and laughing with friends. He enjoys discussing diving and how much fun he has underwater.
Andre Williams

Born in Belize City and grew up in Placencia, a small fishing village located along the southern coast of Belize.  Andre spent his weekends and summers fishing, sailing, free-diving, and scuba diving with his dad.  After graduating from college, he obtained his tour guide license and became a dive instructor.  He now enjoys sharing Belize’s beautiful underwater world with visitors.  He also enjoys deep sea fishing and sailing.
 Jerome Williams
Jerome grew up in a coastal village in Southern Belize, called Hopkins.
From a very young age he was in love with swimming. It was in college when he was first introduced to SCUBA diving by an uncle, and he was immediately hooked on the underwater world. He followed the profession and completed his dive master certification in June 2003, and by December the same year he had graduated from the instructor course at the top of his class. At he same time he also pursued boating and got his Captain's license. This has helped him move around in a very diverse manner in the tourism industry and has made him very knowledgeable of Belize's waters. Jerome is always diving, driving, photographing, and touring Belize. He strives to present and represent Belize the best way possible and is always eager to learn more.

Vanessa Matute

Vanessa is an Advanced Open Water Diver and working toward becoming a Dive Master.  During her time off she enjoys spending time with her daughter, working on new desert recipes, and snorkeling in the cayes.

Analisa Eck, from Isabella Bank, Belize, Analisa Eck has been with the Belize Aggressor III for over 7 years. As chef, Anna ensures that every guest enjoys her Belizean style of food with her captivating presentation of meals and mouthwatering deserts. She always adds a bit of sunshine and brightens up everyone's day. Watching divers every week returning from the dives in awe of their experience, Anna was curious to find out what all the fuss was about so she decided to take the plunge. Anna became a certified diver and appeared to be a natural. She had no problem getting acquainted to the aquatic ambit and even nonchalantly swam with several Caribbean Reef Sharks during her course. Anna has now caught the scuba bug! When on dry land, Anna lives happily in Ladyville with her husband Jason and gorgeous 3 year old son Jace. She loves to cook, spend all her time with her family and listen to a little Belizean music.
