Red Sea Dive Itinerary MapThe dive sites and sample itineraries below are subject to changes based on weather conditions and are at the descretion of the Captain.

Moucha Island:

Sunday morning starts with a check out dive here. This island is part of a group of islands off the coast. The yacht will then cruise to the Seven Brothers.

Seven Brothers Islands:
The Seven Brothers Islands (also called Sawabi) are one of the highlights of scuba diving trips to Djibouti. The archipelago is a chain of six volcanic islands; the seventh brother is not an island but a volcanic hill at the northern tip of Ras Siyyan.  Siguated near the strait of Bad-El-Mandab, just south of the entrance to the Red Sea, these islands are connected by a stunning reef system with amazing drop offs, untouched soft and hard corals, pelagic, giant jacks, manta rays, mobulas, snapper and lots of schooling fish.rn

Laying between the Ras Siyyan penninsula and the six islands is the wreck of the White Lady. This unknown ship did not reveal all her secrets and is covered with a deep layer of white flora and inhabited with lots of fish. Photographers will love this dive.

Gulf of Tadjourah:
This is a basin within the horn of Africa that lies at the entrance of the Red Sea and connect to the open ocean as well as the Gulf of Tadjourah. This favorite has sea walls which have caves to dive through. Many species of sharks are found here as well as beautiful coral. You will see different species of sharks and underwater volcanic islands to dive around. The Gulf of Tadjourah has plankton blooms that attract great pelagic species.  Recent research has recognized the particular importance of the bay in the development of juvenile whale sharks which stay within the safe confines of Djibouti’s coast line. Also attracted are manta rays, beaked and pilot whales.
