Lemon Meringue Tartlet, Black and White Chocolate Crème with Topping and Fresh Seasonal Fruits.

Dinner
Asparagus Cream Soup, Variation of Artichokes, Chilled Artichoke Cream, Artichoke Tatin, Stuffed Artichoke Heart and Artichoke Salad.

Surf and Turf - Beef Tenderloin and King Prawns served with a Creamy Brown Sauce, Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables and Garlic Mousseline Potatoes.
